The Master Plan

This is the email address header that was sent to the "CULTivate Aledo" mens bible study group. In this email they are discussing meeting with a developer from New Zealand. Oddly, members of our community that actually do business in Aledo and live one town over are ridiculed about having a say about Aledo development. It seems that if you are from another COUNTRY it is ok to have a say on Aledo development.

In 2023 he did not "know" them. 

The body of that email, notice that the City of Aledo is looking to New Zealand for advice on developing Aledo. This group argues that they are following the "VELOCITY PLAN", instead they are following the "MADE PLAN" from New Zealand.

Through our investigation we have known for sometime that the Master Plan includes scrapping buildings. Here you can see they start to admit it. 

It seems that the City Manager is aware of the Master Plan.

Here you can see Mayor Nick Stanleys business partners setting the stage for the tax payers to pay to run fiber to their properties. There Master Plan is to tear down these properties. Maybe we now know why EDC needs a 2.4 MILLION dollar budget. Are they also going to upgrade the water lines to 8" like they did for Jakes at the tax payers expense? 

Why is the Mayors business partners\employer negotiating with the City Manager about the new city hall? 

The Master Plan - yellow dotted lines indicate what Mayor Nick Stanley and his Business Partners/Employers intend to build. They will eradicate Aledo as we know it.
