*PSA*
In light of recent discussions regarding the traffic circle and surrounding buildings, I decided to do some digging. Fortunately for me, it was less like digging and more like kicking the fresh mound of dirt off of the top of the freshly buried crap.
Anyway, on to what I discovered.
All buildings in the vicinity are being or have been sold to Hunter Peak Partners LLC.
Hunter Peak Partners LLC is owned and controlled by the same people that own and control 1882 Partners LLC (Now 1882 Historic District LLC). 1882 Partners LLC also share some of the same Directors/Officers as Bluejack Resources LLC.
Bluejack Resources LLC lists none other than our own, Mayor, Nicholas Adam Stanley.
Anyone else recall when Nick was asked by The Community News about his affiliation with 1882 Partners LLC? Do you remember that he claimed he only knew them from living in the community? Weird, right?
Like I said, this was the easily discoverable information. And I don't know about any of you, but I'm sensing there's more shady stuff to be discovered.
*Side quest*
I have a gut feeling that our locally owned and beloved burrito joint did not just up and call it quits on their own merit. With what I've already discovered about these companies and that area, I'm willing to bet they likely were strong armed out to make way for whatever is coming. Still need to ascertain proof, though. Currently just a hunch for a direction to dig.
So, I am going to post photos of my discoveries as well the links to the businesses pages, direct from the CPA website. Do with it what you will.
If you want to help dig, I'll give you a shovel. Just reach out.
